A will drafted by Walt Disney in 1941 pledged half of his personal Disney stock to his two children and the other half to an ’employees bonus pool’ will go on sale at auction.
The will, penned in August 1941, was the first of three Disney drafted before he died in 1966.
It will go under the hammer on December 10, organised by Profiles of History. It has been priced at $60,000.

This was the first will drafted by Disney – he wrote two more before his death in 1966
Other items up for sale include original ‘peanuts’ comic strips signed by Charles Schultz and a signed historical legal licence by Walt Disney, TMZ reported.
That was signed in Burbank, in California, in April 1953 at a time when Disney had released his animated feature ‘Peter Pan’.
With plans to expand the Disney empire into TV and theme parks, the document of licensing was penned.
Last week, more than 1,000 Disneyland artifacts were sold at a ‘Souvenirs of Disneyland’ auction.
It feature numerous items devoted to the 60-plus-year history of Disneyland, including early park items, an original painting used in the ‘Haunted Mansion’ attraction, an an original ‘Devil Prop’ from ‘Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride’ and other memorabilia from the first days of Disneyland.
